Horrible business. I had David Rosales come out to do an estimate on a repair for the TV. Their web says said free estimates, not true and has been changed since. That was ok though just wanted the TV fixed. He said he could order the parts and have the TV back up and running in a couple days. Then he says he needs CASH. I don't have cash, so get cash to him, have a receipt saying I paid him. That was in November, I cannot get a hold of them, I cannot get my money back. I even went to the State Attorney General and they had no luck. So I will do my best to warn everyone, stay away from David Rosales and TV Repair Time.
