My experience with this company is not good. When I first called to make an appointment to get my RPZ valve tested he told me that I might need new parts. Pretty good since he never saw the valve before. Lo and behold when he comes out he supposedly tests it and leaves a chicken scratch note saying it failed testing and needed parts. Last I heard from him until he sends a bill. I was suspicious from the start and instead of calling him back I called a professional firm with an actual storefront. They came out and the valve passed all the tests without any new parts. Lesson learned here. Even a referral from a friend can turn out to be bad. Oh yes, I paid the bill he sent and yes he cashed the check.
