there were scratches all along the top and side of the car that was not there before, and the car wash job wasn't even done properly! dried soap spots everywhere, and the inside didn't even look vacuumed. manager denied everything and refused to take responsibility. i will never return here again, and will be warning all my friends and family so they dont have to go through something like this. Impressive Carwash 10/19/2007

New resident of Cerritos and a friend recommended this place saying how they were always consistent and how the employees have been there for years. Didn't have a place to go, and with the water crunch these days, thought I'd drive the 3 miles and at least get a look around. Pros: clean more
