BEWARE....check with L&I. Ask questions. I had a very, very bad experience with terry roggenkamp. Check with L&I list of complaints ask for Martha in Battle Ground, WA. I am not the only one with complaints. Ask for his UBI number this way you can go on line and get more information. I am being asked for a rating but there is no 0 so I have to go with one star. more
