If I could give 0 stars I would. Car was impounded due to mix up with dmv and insurance which has been cleared up. I went to pick the car up he refused to give it to me that day it was 355 pm they appearantly stop releasing cars at 4. He went into the back office relaxed until 4 and said I was out of luck. So he could charge his 45 dollar fee after the impound release. Wherever they drove the car they backed it in and hit another vehicle causing stress cracks and freshly peeling paint on the rear bumper. I guess they closed the gate on the car as well because there were scratches all over the freshly painted new front bumper. The person they sent to pull the car from the lot did not know how to drive manual nearly redlining the rpm and just dumping the clutch. He only had to drive it about 6 feet literally. I could smell the clutch friction material burning as he was operating my car. When I brought up the damage he pointed to a completely different part of the car and said its already scratched. Yeah but not where all the damage they had done was. He simply replied "buy a new one". New what? Why should anyone have to pay for damage these people caused themselves. The clutch now squeaks when being engaged or disengaged. They where completely rude, unprofessional, uncaring to the damage they created. I had AAA tow my vehicle home the driver of the triple A tow truck said this shop is known for being crooks being rude and unprofessional in just about every way possible. Stay far far away from this shop or service. I do plan on taking further action as to the damage they did to the vehicle. I will post on how that goes but have low expectations from their end. Bottom line horrible service they treat cars horribly and are overall unprofessional. They had a silver range rover sport with the 2 passenger wheels removed and nothing supporting the car but a small jack. Not even jack stands. If my car wasn't forcedly put there I never would have it taken there under any circumstance.
