We continue to be dissatisfied that a job that was (not)completed by Todd and his crew. His failure to honor his word was the icing on the cake. Buyer beware. more

I hired Todd about two years ago to remodel my kitchen, put on a new roof, expand my deck and install all new windows/doors. Todd and his crew were always polite and focused during the astonishing 4 weeks it took to completely make my home feel new again. Every day his employees left, our property was cleaned and organized. Todd's price was one of the higher that had been bid on this project (of 5 bids), but word of mouth led me to go with him and man was that a good choice. When it comes to construction it is often hit-or-miss, but with Todd and his guys I would highly reccommend them to everyone I know, family or friend. There has not been one problem since and I am looking to hire him again this spring for my master bathroom. Very rarely these days does one feel they got optimal utility from an investment, this proves that that is still possible, even in this day and age! Pros: Highly Skilled, Timely Completion, Great Finished Product! Cons: N/A.....All Around Satisfied more

We hired Todd to complete a job here in Livingston County last year. He seemed nice and honest, so we mistakingly did not get a written estimate. Todd did not complete the job to our satisfaction and did not deliver what he verbally said he would. When we pointed out his concerns and threatened not to pay, he agreed to fix them if we paid. We made the mistake of paying and never heard from him again. A phone call and letter went unanswered. Be careful if you do business with this company. Get a written estimate no matter what. Do not pay in full until you have inspected the job and are satisfied. Now we have an incomplete job and are constantly reminded of this experience.
