MyBook Headaches cured here 4/5/2012

I had a ""Western Digital My Book"" to back up all my computer stuff onto. Of course when I needed to get my backed up data it was blank. They ran their recovery software and got all the data back. The price was more than reasonable, and they set me up with a new external harddrive and recommended Carbonite online backup. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience and will be doing business with them again. more

Great phone service 4/3/2012

I had them over to my house to fix an issue with my online game about 3 weeks ago. The issue came back when firefox did an update. They talked me thru the fix over the phone. It only took about 5 minutes and I was back on pogo. They are great! more

Memory upgrade while you wait 4/3/2012

I had gone to another store to get some memory for my computer and got the wrong kind. They hit me with a 20% restocking fee. I took my computer to TC Computers and they installed the correct memory for me while I waited. The price was about the same as Best Buy but they installed it for free and showed me that it was working before I left. I wish Best Buy could do that so I wouldn't be out the time and cash. TC Computers is where I will be going with my computer problems from now on. more

Computer Repair done right 3/29/2012

They fixed my computer as quick as could be. They replaced my bad hard drive and got my data back. My computer is running as good as new. It is great that they have a same-day service option, so I only had a few hours downtime. more

Fixed fast 3/27/2012

I got a fake antivirus software that was blocking all my programs. They got it off in just a couple of hours. They really saved my bacon, as well as my productivity for the day. Thanks for the help more

Great Service 3/19/2012

They removed my viruses and got my computer back to me faster than I expected. I bought it at Best Buy and they told me it would be weeks. TC Computers got it back in a couple of days. more

THEY LOST MY PASSED FATHERS PICTURES!!! 3/11/2012

They told me they just made a little error...They confused my system with someone else's and recycled my computer with all of its data... Pictures of my Father who had passed recently are all gone... They just did not care said it was all my fault for how I filled out the paperwork. I'm devastated -I'm gone to sue... I understand that will not help. I should have taken my stuff to a better company!!!!!!!! Please everyone reading this go to another company. Singed, Missing My Dad. more

They got my data back after tc-geek told me it was gone forever. Thanks to TC Computers I have all my data and they showed me how to back it up to data dvd so I won't lose it again. more

Fastest Virus Removal in town 2/27/2012

Best Buy couldn't remove a virus without wiping out my computer, but that was not an option because my company has software they load and it would take weeks to ship it to them and get it back. TC Computers removed the viruses and got my computer running like new. With their rush service I got my computer back the same day. I am very happy with their service and will recommend them to all my friends in Traverse City. more

Great Onsite Service 2/22/2012

I had TC Computers come out to my house to fix my wireless printer issues. They were helpful and friendly, arrived on time, and finished up in the time they estimated on the phone. Gene was very knowledgeable and got my printer up and running and even had me test it myself before he left. Thank you TC Computers! Best Service Ever! My company got me a nice new laptop and within a month I had somehow gotten infected. I had been taking it to another local place and after several visits I still kept getting redirected to porn sites whenever I used a search engine. TC Computers got my computer up and running like new. No more redirects and faster than ever. more

Best Buy recommend I take my computer to TC Computers for virus removal. I am glad I did! I paid for their rush service and they had my computer back up and running the same day. Still working great with no signs of infection over a month later. more

TC Computers staff was helpful and understanding.\r Gene got my computer up and running in just a couple of hours. He got me a replacement laptop screen that looked better than my old one (even before it got broken).\r Josh was very helpful as well, letting me use his computer to check my email and web-surf while I waited.\r more
