The staff is rude and create unsafe conditions by mopping the floor when you are trying to unload the washer. I almost slipped on the wet floor. The staff will spray cleaner on the table next to yours when you are folding your freshly laundered clothing. Always stay with your clothes-one time I left and came back and someone had opened the dryer and stole some of my clothes. more

They charge an insane amount of money to wash clothes, and there staff is the rudest people I've ever met. I brought 6 loads of laundry in but only need to wash 4, the other two just needed a few minutes in the dryer. After I had loaded my stuff in and turned them on all on, a lady claiming to be a manger came up to me and informed that I couldn't dry the extra two loads unless I paid her two dollars fee per dryer that I wanted to use! on top of paying to dry! When I asked to speak to someone else she gave me ""a number to call"" which turned out to be the number for the luarndry matt! I demanded a number for the owner and she refused! I asked when he would be back and she calmed she didn't know! After informing her I would come back to speak with her boss she theated to call the police! because I wanted to talk to her boss about charging me to use the dryers when I was already washing clothes! I would never give them my money, and would highly suggest using another nicer less money hungry place! more
