I was fortunate to find Sybil by way of a mutual friend. As the mother of 19mos old twins, I have used her for several special moments . Sybil provides a friendly, comforting approach to photography that always results in lasting memories. Sybil's eye and her knack for capturing the moment are matched only by her good humour, even under pressure. Sybil has photographed two daughters' weddings and the formal shots and candids she gave us of both--and they were very different kinds of events-- take us right back to all the fun moments. Our daughter and son-in-law celebrated their marriage at Grounds For Sculpture in April. We already were admirers of Sybil's work, so we asked her to be our photographer. \r \r Sybil captured every important moment of the celebration. Sybil did an amazing job of photographing our outdoor wedding and indoor reception in June. She met with us in advance to talk about what we wanted and scouted our location for the best spots to take portraits. From the time I arrived at the salon to our last dance, she captured every moment without seeming obtrusive – when we first saw the proofs, we were amazed at how many special shots she found, from the cousins’ spontaneous bear hug to all of the couples on the dance floor. During the portraits, she helped us feel comfortable and look our best. The proofs were up online by the time we got back from the honeymoon, and the prints are amazing.
