Swift found a problem when we lost cooling and corrected it with only cost to me for refrigerant. 10/8/2017

Both Devon and Brad seemed to be very thorough and knew their job very well. However, during the installation of the new unit 2 years ago, there was a slight leak that was not evident until we lost cooling recently. The leaking valve was covered under the Lenox warrantee and Swift did not charge for the valve replacement labor. The cooling problem was corrected. I did pay for the refrigerant that was lost. more

Great Experience! Very Satisfactory 10/4/2017

I recently went to Swift Services when I was having trouble with the air conditioner in my home and am very satisfied with how well the work from them went. The people who came out from Swift Services were very courteous and friendly, and were very knowledgeable about the work they were doing. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue that I was having with the air conditioner and were able to get everything repaired and working again quickly and without any issues. Overall I am very satisfied with how well the work from Swift Services went, I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend their services. more

Excellent Work, Very Pleased! 10/4/2017

I recently had Swift Services come out to my home when I was having trouble with the air conditioner in my home and was quite pleased with how the work from them went. They were able to take a look at the unit and quickly diagnose the issue, the problem with the unit was that there was a leak in the system, once they realized this they quickly ordered the parts necessary and will be coming back in the next day or two with the piece to get everything in good working order. Overall I think Swift Services has excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable about the work that they do. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend their services. more
