Tomy Mac was here and the service. Been here on other furnace checks...always does a good job.

Worst

We felt we had to become overly aggressive with our phone calls and to get the appropriate bill.

Service after a flood. 11/14/2016

The service tech (John?) did an excellent job servicing our boiler. He determined that the propane regulator was bad. He returned several days later to make final adjustments to the boiler after the regulator was replaced. He was very professional. more

Annual maintenance cost vs reward is ideal ( being a gold star member). Initial cost of unit and for installation seems a little higher than most other companies. more

We've used Swick for many, many years. From purchasing and installing a brand new Steam Boiler, to small plumbing issues that sprang up unexpectedly. The guys always arrive quickly and have a smiling professional attitude. We usually feel like we're friends when they leave. Swick will always be our Go-To company because of the trust we have in them. more

Swick has been voted the Marquette area ?Reader?s Choice Best Plumbing & Heating? business the last five years straight, and for good reason. Simply check the customer testimonials on our website for an accurate and legitimate representation of our services.\r \r Swick never charges a ?drive-up fee? for local estimates, and may only charge a small fee if the estimate location is far out of their normal service range (which is rather large). If a fee is charged, as is the case with service calls, the customer is ALWAYS informed of this first. Non professional, expensive and gimmicky 4/19/2011

Steer clear of these guys. They charge $39 just to come to your house to give an estimate and the bad part is that they never tell you in advance that there will be a charge for providing estimates. more
