Great place to train! 10/28/2010

I suggest that you grab a few of your best friends and head to the Sweatshop for a group session with Kendall! I tried her with 4 friends yesterday and it was 55 minutes of cardio and strength work that included TRX, bosu and kettlebell. There were a few groans when she instructed us about the next series but that means we're getting a fabulous workout. I recommend giving the Sweatshop a try for experienced trainers who are quick to offer modifications specific for your body. more

Pilates and Zumba 9/28/2010

What could be better on a Saturday then coffee with a friend and taking beginning mat at the SweatShop! Always fun to take Zumba or Yoga, but the new TRX class will really kick you butt! more

They offer pilates mat classes and pilates reformer classes as well as personal training. Tired of the same old same old? Try the new TRX classes, Zumba with a super cute instructor, or sing a new song in their homegrown GLEE class. Its not a fancy place, but they have some of the most experienced teachers in the Twin Cities. more
