Kettlebells 12/26/2011

I'm more familiar with the south location, but I decided to mix it up for a kombat kettlebell class at the northwest location. The class was great, just like the south location the trainer kept me motivated to burn more calories and build strong muscles. I always feel good after a kettlebell workout, it's like no other! more

I LOVE SWAT Personal Training! 2/21/2011

SWAT Personal Training is truly top notch. The trainers are the best in their field, very professional and knowledgeable, and they really care about results. I got amazing results with their program, but even more than that - I feel totally comfortable and at home there. I will never train anywhere else. more

Excellent! Programming and Staff are of Highest Quality 6/15/2008

Wonderful! I have done both boot camp and personal training with SWAT. My experience was excellent. The staff was professional and helpful, and my trainer provided me with professional training that challenged me and helped me lose over 20 pounds. The personal training worked really well, because I seem lack the ability to motivate myself or ""do my own thing"" effectively. Once I had a basic fitness level, and had some confidence in my ability to do things properly, I was ready for boot camp. It was a positive, encouraging experience where I met lots of great people and learned a LOT, even after months of training. The secret for me was in not expecting to get private personal training in a group setting. If you want individual attention, I strongly recommend the one on one personal training. Pros: staff, instruction, knowledge, experience, reputation Cons: outdoors in the heat of summer is difficult more

Just okay 3/10/2008

I was very dissapointed with my experience with Swat. Like another post said, they are not as personal as they claim to be and their group workouts are too big. I did a bootcamp class and it wasn't what they said it was, there was no personal attention so I wasn't kept ""accountable"" which is exactly what I was looking for...their individual personal training was better, but it's too expensive to keep up and they don't seem to really care beyond the hour you spend working out with them. The people are nice enough, but it's just not that great overall, there's better places in town. Pros: They have a lot of facilities Cons: They don't give personal attention and they're too expensive for what you get more

bad customer service 2/26/2008

I have tried both their personal training and boot camps. They seem to be too big to be concerned about individuals, plus the boot camp classes were way too big, I didn't feel like I received any individual attention. I would try somewhere else. more

Most professional personal trainers around 7/25/2006

They are knowledgeable, professional, and always have my needs in mind. They work with their clients, and they are great at teaching, educating, training, and customer service more
