Good BBQ 4/8/2008

We ate at Swadleys just after returning our moving van from moving to OKC. The brisket is pretty good. She likes it spicy, and they don't let down with their beans and one of their sauces. I like mine sweet and they have a great served warm sweet BBQ sauce. I also tried the Okra and its pretty good and standard. We enjoyed Swadleys so much that when tasked with putting together a luncheon I chose them to cater our small affair. We picked up two meat catering package for 20 guys and it went over really well. Check them out. Pros: Great sauce. The brisket wasnt dry and they served it sliced. Cons: So so sides, but that's not why you are there anyway. more
