I had a rodent problem and was pretty much told that it was my fault. I left my window open while I was there sleep and a rat chewed thou the screen. When I called to report it I was told not to let my windows up anymore. Recently I reported that there was a leak from my bathroom ceiling (black chunks of something and some kind of liquid) totally grossed me out. Needless to so it would not be a good idea to stay here. more

Don't ever think of living here, they are not truthful, they will ask for deposit just to take it all even when there are no major damage. Pros: none Cons: insects more

Don't move here ever! I just moved in and we are currently living with a rodent infestation ( long tails, like cheese) (this website wont let me say the word), toads, and a family of raccoons and stray cats roam the property freely. It's like being in a zoo. If you love all things gross this would be a place for you. more

From the day that I moved into my apartment nothing but bad things had happened to me. It looked nice on the outside and had a good price. The first bad thing was that I had a rodent living in my apartment and the apartment complex could not get rid of it. It is a very large rodent at that. I also had fire ants in my carpet. Basically , the maintenance people would never complete a work order or it would never get done. I have had a water leak in my ceiling since March and it still hasn't been fixed. The management really doesn't care about you as a resident. They just need the numbers. A majority of residents complain about the service and how your rent is constantly going up and that they do not give you enough time to look for something else before you have to give your 60 days notice. Also they tow your car if your registration is not up to date. Then their is cars stolen, apartments being broke into, and drive by shootings. more
