Rated 1 Star because couldn't rate 0! Entire experience was horrendous! Installers completely incompetent, pieces not cut properly, our cabinets scratched and beaten up and floors scratched. Stoneworks had no concern for the entire 3 week process, during which we had no water, due to a broken pipe under sink. Still refuse to be responsible for repairs caused by installers. Although we had 3 sets of installers over 3 weeks, pieces still do not fit properly and damage still exists. Beware of Stoneworks! Small claims court is out next stop. more

Travis was very professional and well mannered when he was in my home. He explained each step of the work he was doing and answered all my questions. He drilled the faucet hole exactly where I wanted it. He cleaned up the area where he worked. I was very happy with Travis and the job he did. While not Travis' fault, there is a noticeable discoloration on one of the quartz slabs about the size of a silver dollar. I am not sure how this even passed the factory inspection at Stoneworks before it was brought to my home. I have contacted Stoneworks and now waiting for their response. I need to know what they are able to do with the slab so that my tile work can proceed. The defective slab is holding up the completion of the project. more

Travis did an excellent job installing my countertops. He called before his arrival to let me know when he would be here. Then he and Matthew brought the countertops in and made sure everything fit just perfectly. Travis took extra time when sanding the seam to vacuum the dust as he was sanding. That really helped a lot, then he wiped everything down when they were finished. They also checked to make sure my sink would fit the cut out. Very pleased with the quality of work. Travis and Matthew were very friendly & courteous, but also very professional. Thanks so much!! more

Travis was punctual and polite. My quartz counter top cut out for my cooktop was not wide enough. Travis cut out additional counter top so my cook top would sit flush on my counter. more

Jason C and Travis M did an excellent job of installing our countertops. They called ahead, arrived on time and did a very clean, job of installation and cleanup. Their challenge was how to get the largest slab into the house as we live in the mountains. Besides having to go up hill and around corners that were a challenge they also had to work with rain! The countertops look great! more

Mark and Thomas installed our kitchen and bath countertops on our remodel. Both of these guys were courteous and very professional. they were in and out in no time and the tops look great!! Before they left, Mark answered all my questions about use and care of the countertops. Everybody that I spoke with from this company either on the phone or on site were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for countertops with confidence and we would use them again as well. more

We went thru Lowe's to order our new countertops although Lowe's was hard to work with our countertops were delivered and installed by two very professional and kind men they did a wonderful job we are very pleased more
