I have been an addict for over thirty years and after completing the program at Support Systems I have turned my life around. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, caring, helpful staff. My lowest time in life had almost killed me and without the help and guidence I recieved from this program I don't think I would have ever gotten better. I now have the tools it takes to live life on lifes terms. more

I can't image my recovery without the help of Support Systems Homes, Inc. After my 9th stint in jail, I was given a bed at one of their Sober Living Environments in San Jose. It was very nice, clean, and well-run. The stability and support I received from their programs and people made it possible for me to succeed at early recovery, and gave me the foundation needed to maintain my sobriety. After 28 years of drug addiction, and the homelessness and lost relationships it caused, I am grateful to be able to say I have been clean and sober for 2 years this month. I have rebuilt my life and made some healthy new relationships, and I have started to heal my relationship with my family, which has been the biggest blessing. I have been working and moving forward each day, and Support Systems Homes helped me make it happen. more

Support systems helped me on my road to recovery, they really cared about long-term sobriety. I am very greatful for the help that I recieved, and have been able to build on the solid foundation that they provided. The counselors were so real and open, you couldnt get much past them. The peer structure is one of the best, and I have been to other programs. more

Hi my name is MASSIH I was there for almost 40days at 1st they come off as if the give a crap but let me tell u the nurse was drinking on the job the staff is only good to one race and that is whites the place is flooded with inmates from every prison u can think of stuff get lost out of no where they talk to there talk to u like u are worthless pice of Sh-t the food sucks if it was not for the me being sent there by the courts I never Whould of stayed for min the only good thing there was that they let me out for 3 hours a day so I can go get my Meathadone from the Meathadone clinic they kicked me out cause one of there staff members cursed me out cause I have a liver problem and I. Did not want to go to group one day so I got mad and cursed her back out so I get kicked out THANKS LYNN and the nite before DISARAY a nother staff member has her so called boy toy in the basement doing god knows what but when I ask for a cup of milk she nicely said F--k you cause she had her boy toy in the basement hide ing out SHAME SHAME then we got a guy name tim all he do is sit in the office and bet on sports all nite long and go watch sex sites there is soo much more to this place if u want Togo there for help PLEASE EMAIL ME 1st I will take out as much of my time to tell you the truth about them and how the just suck u for your money and if u love your self or your love ones who need help email me and I meet u I person or phone email whatever u like and I answer all your questions thank u for your time.....MASSIH W more

Support Systems saved me from my addiction. They are the most caring staff that I've ever met. The counselors actually care about you, and want to help you. The doctor and nurses gave me all the attention I needed. Every staff person I met has been there for a long time and believe in the 12 step program. they give you the tools to make it work. Someone was always with me working on any court appearances I had or any personal issues. I can't say enough good things about them, nor could I thank them enough for what they did for me and my family. The cook ... let's just say, I never went hungry. His food was great, and not just for one service a day, for every meal. If your ready for a life change, this is the place to go. I've been to other programs and they don't even measure up to Support Systems. more

Horrible and noisy facilities. Unprofessional staff and program overall is not comprehensive. Food is high school cafeteria rated and people sleep up to 4 in a small room. This place is an old converted nursing home. Need I say more? Yuck! more
