Consistently good work. 12/19/2014

I have been a customer of Supermaids for about eight or ten years. I have them do basic home cleaning, dusting, mopping, vacuuming. Just the basic stuff to keep the house straight. The maids are very friendly. Scheduling is consistent and they arrive when they are suppose to. I have tried other services in the past and they aren't nearly as good. more

Good value for service 10/14/2014

There were several things that I liked about the service here. First, the call center was very responsive, and they returned my call right away. They explained the services they were offering, along with the charges. When they came, they did a thorough and good job of cleaning my home in preparation for moving out. However, I did notice there were a couple of spots they missed. When I pointed this out to them, they fixed it right away. more

Exceptional service, honest open lines of communication, and fantastic services. 10/10/2014

The two girls that come to clean my house from Supermaids go above and beyond cleaning expectations. They're familiar with my house so they know where to go if they need a trash bag or pledge or something that they don't have. They don't mess around. They get down to business. They do their job. They do little nooks and crannies that others forget about. I've been using the service for about a year. They provide easy, open, honest lines of communication with great availability. They are always able to squeeze me in for the last minute cleanings that pop up like guests are coming and surprise visits. They are able to get me in without an issue. more

Trustworthy and hard working! 9/10/2014

I had a good experience with Supermaids Inc. I appreciate how willing they are to help and eager to please. If I request anything extra they always accommodate. I find them to be trustworthy and hardworking. Everything always looks beautiful after they are done. I have used therm a couple time and will definitely use them again. more

I would recommend them to anyone 6/23/2014

Supermaids did an apartment move out for me last year and another one recently. Both times they did an exemplary job. The apartment managers did not find any problems as far as cleanliness was concerned, and I was happy to get my deposit back! They have given me very good service. I would recommend them to anyone. more

A job well done! 6/17/2014

This was my second time using Supermaids Inc. Both times they did a fantastic job. I am a single male and live alone. They came in a picked up after me like I was a college kid. My house looks fantastic. I am not embarrassed to have company over now. The staff is very friendly. The second time I was able to leave them at my home without me being there. Obviously that speaks to the level of trust that I have with them. more

Very accommodating, very good! 6/16/2014

I have no complaints about Supermaids! I've had them for almost as long as they've been in existence, which is probably about 15 years. They're very accommodating and the quality of their service is very good. Sometimes I'll just hire 3 or 4 of them and say I need them for 3 hours. They really work with me and are very friendly and professional. The two gals I have now are friends, but they don't talk or use their cellphones while working. They just wan to get the work done. more

This was my first experience with Supermaids. In the past, I've called maid services to come to my house, but I wasn't happy with how they performed. They'd leave areas behind or forgotten. When I called Supermaids, I asked them a lot of questions and they gave me adequate information. They were extremely professional, and when I came home, my house was spotless. more

It's been acceptable and with a few glitches, far better than that 5/1/2014

Supermaids provides both maid and carpet cleaning services. Generally, the work is acceptable but we've had some problems and they really revolved around the people they sent and their honest mistakes. Last time they were were, they were here for eight hours and did a great job, except, the maid inadvertently flushed a sponge down the toilet and clogged it up. Graciously, Supermaids paid for the plumber and was just great about the whole thing. The lady before that job, was not so good but the job before *that* one was great. I probably will call them again because they were so willing to take care of the problem they caused and I've been generally pleased with their work. more

They did amazing, I'm very happy. 3/26/2014

I was really happy with Supermaids. They did everything I asked and it was a very positive experience the whole time. We moved into a house that had been neglected for a while and I didn't have time to deal with it. All I had to do was call and it was very simple. We got the deep cleaning service and it was convenient they had the rug cleaning service associated with it. I was very pleased. more

The maids are wonderful, friendly, and professional 3/18/2014

I've been using the Supermaids service for 2 years now. My sister orders a few hours of maid service for me as a Christmas gift. They come out and clean my room when it's a disaster, or in an emergency state. The maids remedy the situation and are quick, efficient, and friendly. more

They truly did a fantastic job! 2/28/2014

I'm so pleased with the service I received from Supermaids. I've used them a couple of times and have always been impressed with them. They dusted off a few rooms in my house for me the first time and did a fantastic job. I decided to go with them again when I had to sell my mother's house. An entire house cleaning was in order and they really did an excellent job. I don't use cleaning services regularly but this company went above and beyond with my needs. They cleaned every single spot and even oiled the cabinets and whatnot. I had no issues whatsoever and know that their attention to detail will help me greatly in selling the house. I was also very happy with the price. I'd strongly recommend them. more

I am totally recommending Supermaids! 2/12/2014

My mom was so pleased with the service from Supermaids. Because she's older and a little eccentric she likes to talk about things that might be strange to other people. When we tried other cleaning services the people that came either didn't speak English well or didn't find out what she needed so they didn't do a good job. Also, they could be rude because my mom could be awkward. The other services would waste time because they thought they could get away with it. The two women from Supermaids were extremely respectful and professional to my mom. They could tell she was lonely. They kindly listened and had conversations with my mom while doing an extremely good job cleaning. They even wiped every one of her knick-knacks! Afterwards, my mom felt good about her house and felt she could have us over. We have already scheduled another day for those two ladies to come back! more

You will make the right decision with Supermaids. 10/18/2013

I have used Supermaids, Inc. twice now. I have used them for move out cleaning services and carpet cleaning. They worked with me on pricing, but overall I find them to be inexpensive compared to other cleaning services. The second time around, there was a mix-up with scheduling. I thought they were coming later, and they thought they were coming earlier. They accommodated me and arranged to come at the later time slot. The carpet cleaner was the same gentleman, but the maids were different. They all still gave me the same excellent level of service that they provided to me five years ago. It all turned out well. I believe I made the right choice to do business with them again. more
