Love Superior Toyota and my new Camry SE 7/9/2012

I couldn't be happier! Superior Toyota is #1 on my list. Their internet manager Roger worked hard to find me just the car I was looking for. I love my new Camry SE. Gonna go back and get HID headlights put in real soon! They have my business from now on. I wouldn't buy a Toyota anywhere else! more

Keep your guard up. 1/13/2011

Worked with Ann for the sale and price, great to deal with, probably the best experience I had with a salesperson for my whole search. Car is great however they charged me more for the extended warranty. I'm gonna assume the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Kim in the finance office said it was $15 more a month on a 60 month loan, thats $900, rechecked my payment 2 days later and knew something was off. Checked my paper and it was $1500!! Hmmm, that's a huge error and I doubt Kim in finance is that incompetant. I believe she intentionally did that, or was instructed to do that. Ask for the refund and said the bank would have a check in a week, been 3 weeks now. I would of given them 5 stars if it wasn't for this. However the best part, Kim forgot to have me sign the warranty contract, which wasn't through toyota like they said, so they are charging me for something I didn't agree too. She also couldn't clearly explain the length and what it covered. For $900 I would of taken it, but for $1500, I'll take my chances. I hope they see this, if they make up for this I'll post a stellar follow up. I know they'll know exactly who this is. Eric 2005 Prius more

From Now On I Work For You 11/2/2010

I was in the market for a new car and figured that Toyota would be too high of a payment for me to handle, but I still went to Superior Toyota in Erie, Pa. I was greeted by Todd VanTassell a manager at Superior, He listened to what I needed in a car, payments I was hoping to stay under and the fact that I had no cash to put down. Todd showed me several Corolla's in various colors, went over all the standard and optional equipment and then we went on a test drive and all along the way Todd is explaining why Toyota should be the only choice if I wanted to save money... I never realized just how much money most people sink into their cars to keep them in top condition or just to keep them inspected and on the road. Toyota has alway's been known for their top quality and after talking to Todd I learned that Toyota's just do not have the problems that other cars have after 50 or 60,000 miles... Todd did keep my payments low by giving me a super deal, a low interest rate and a car that I intend to hand down to my kids someday. As far as I am concerned there is no other made that I will ever buy other than a Toyota, but I do intend to move up to a Camry someday and then maybe the Rav4... Gotta keep my payments affordable... Todd sold me a car that day and the last thing Todd said to me "From Now On I Work For You, If you have a question, call me, if you need to stop in for anything ask for me". Thanks Todd for helping me get the car that I really wanted... more

I visited this car dealership when I was going to purchase my car in July. I fell in love with the car, but not with their service. The salesman was extremely arrogant and it just seemed like he either didn't want or didn't need the sale. Normally the sales people at a car dealership are willing to ben over backwards just to make a sale. I was very surprised and dissapointed. more
