The online baking has been great, I use it all of the the time to monitor and transfer funds. It is awesome! But it doesn't stop me from still going in and paying everyone a visit here. They have provided me with top not service and I much rather deal with a credit union over a bank. The service is much better and your treated more as an individual rather than just another dollar sign. more

Friendly and professional 3/8/2012

I usually do all of my banking here at the branch location because it is local for me. I must say everything is done professionally. What I like the most is the friendly staff there, and how they always ask how you are doing or how your day is going. They don't have to do that though I feel they go out of there way in doing so! more

Best Service 10/31/2011

The personal service I receive when I deal with SIR Credit Union is one of the main reasons why I continue to bank with them. I like that they know who I am when I walk into the branch location. I like that they treat me like a person instead of another bank account. They are all intelligent, they know what they are doing and I trust them. There's no way I could ever go anywhere else because I'm getting the best service already. -Stephen more

Great Credit Union 10/31/2011

SIR Credit Union has been my primary bank for about 10 years. I've never had a problem with any of their services or way they've handle my personal account. They are always available if I ever need anything or have a question about anything. Plus they are close to where I live so it's really convenient for me to get to them. If there are times I am unable to get to them I just use their internet banking. I couldn't think of a better place to bank with because when bank there I feel like a valued member. -Lori more

Superior Iron Range Credit Union has been handling our personal finances for the past two years. Being our primary financial institution all of our finances are through their office. The staff is great and always on top of things- they don't let anything fall through the cracks.-- Linda more
