Great Ideas 7/23/2013

The repairman showed up promptly, was very professional, and worked quickly. The cost was what we expected, but the service was outstanding. Even with their having to order parts, the repair to our washing machine was completed within one week. He pointed out that the most common reason for computer boards and motors to burn out is users overloading their machines. Very important information! Their quick service is much appreciated. more

This is a great company. Made an appointment and Alex was at my door the next morning. In about twenty minutes he fixed the problem and was out the door. In the future I will definitely being using Superior Appliance Repair for all my appliance repairs. more

Best Appliance Repair 7/20/2013

I live in Sea Gate in New York, and I had a problem with my appliances after hurricane sandy, so I called Superior Appliance Repair, I don't think they do this neighborhood, but I asked them for a personal favor, and they did it, fixed my Whirlpool washer dryer, GE stove, Fridgidaire refridgerator. When looking for a good appliance repair the things looking for is Fast, Dependable, Fair, Honest, Superior Appliance Repair can be described by all of these. I was having issues with my refrigerator and David showed up on time, quickly found the issue, and had me up and running in less than 30 minutes. Pricing was reasonable for the work performed and I would call them the next time I needed an appliance repaired. more

John from Superior Appliance Repair fixed my dishwasher this afternoon, and I was very pleased with his service. They were prompt returning my phone call and scheduling an appointment, punctual the day of service, and explained what the issue was while repairing my dishwasher. Excellent Service 7/10/2013

We've used Superior Appliance twice, and both times they have provided next-day service. Technicians are courteous and patient with us (first-time homeowners) and get the job done right. The technician even offered to show us how to do some maintenance ourselves to save some money. Top-notch service and reasonable prices! more

Fixed My Viking - gas range 7/9/2013

This thing happened two days before July 4. I planned a big party in my house, and in middle of the preparations the flames of my Viking gas range didn't turn on, so I started calling my friends, and all my friends told me to call Superior Appliance Repair, they came the next day, I told them over the phone the problem they brought along the parts that could be the problem , and they replaced it. You guys got a massive advertising, because I told it to all my friends by the party, Thanks A Million I Recommend Superior Appliance Repair to all the Manhattan residents. more

Great Service 6/25/2013

I live in Parkslope in Brooklyn NY, I have a Maytag fridge & freezer, and it wasn't cooling, so I called Superior Appliance Repair, they came the next day, they ordered me the part that wasn't working, a few days later they called me to schedule the replacing the parts, and they fixed it. John came out and fixed our LG fridge (under warranty) we now have ice for the first time in many months!! He also fixed our downdraft vent on stove in less time and $$ then quoted, very polite and knowledgeable. Will use again and gladly refer them again, John from Superior Appliance is a great guy very professional company.. more

Excellent work! 6/19/2013

My experience with Superior Appliance was 5 star. I'm a single female without a clue who to trust or what it should cost for appliance repair; Superior Appliance receives my highest praise. The fridge had been making a weird clicking sound and I was hoping it would "go away". Last week the fridge was no longer cooling and I had to make a quick decision. After reading a few reviews, crossed my fingers and called Superior. Alex was in my kitchen repairing the fridge the next day. It cost exactly what he quoted me on the phone the day before. He was on time, very polite and answered ALL my questions. I posted Superior's card in my condo building; when someone is this good at their job, they deserve the referrals! Excellent work! more

Service was very professional and friendly! The technician showed up exactly on time and explained everything. He had to spend several hours fixing my broken washer and dryer but the service fee was still based on very reasonable flat rates just as he promised over the phone. No surprises! I would definitely use Superior Appliance Repair again and would feel confident in recommending the company to friends and family. more

Bosch Washer fixed!!! 6/9/2013

If this company was able to fix my broken Bosch washing machine, they can no doubt fix anything else. My washer wasn't working for more than a month, and other companies said that i would need to just buy a new washer! Till I called Superior Appliance, and they fixed it, I have no doubt that they can help you with any type of appliance repair. more

Outstanding customer service. When my Whirlpool dryer died I ordered service work. Unfortunately the company was unable to keep their appointments three times. I contacted Whirlpool corporate office and they directed me to Superior Appliance Repair as a local company that performs warranty work. The office staff at Superior Appliance Repair kept me informed as to when service would be rendered. The technician was friendly and handled the repairs efficiently. Fixed It!!!!! 5/29/2013

Washer was not working it only filled up with water, it wouldn't empty. So I called Superior Appliance Repair, I told them the problem they immediately scheduled me for the next day. The next day the technician (didn't ask him his name), came with the exact part that he needed and had it fixed in no time. Will surely use them again for any of my other appliances if anything goes wrong. more

NOT HERE TO RIP US OFF!!! 5/22/2013

This is my second time using Superior Appliance Repair for my washer/dryer. I was pleased that they were able to send out a technician right away. When the technician got to my house and we talked about what's wrong with the dryer, he suggested I get a different service first to have the dryer vents cleaned. They can't correctly diagnose the problem until this is done, as the cleaning might solve the whole thing. It's nice to deal with a company that's trying to solve the problem rather than just trying to take your money as quickly possible. more

GREAT SERVICE!!! 5/20/2013

Very knowledgable on the appliances. After a short description of the problem we had with our refrigerator, Alex knew exactly what it was was able to get it fixed on the spot (replaced central board). He works very fast and is efficient. We had another appliance (dishwasher) that broke around 4 years ago and he fixed that one, too. By far, they have best service! more
