Needs help and/or need to relocate 7/27/2005

I'm a big fan of convenience and when this business first opened it was great. That was then.......now is another story!! Within the past seven weeks I've tried to get my haircut there nine times, failing everytime!! I've gone there at different days on different times and the first eight times I visited the shop was closed even though it was within the allotted "open" times on the door. Apparently the store was closed because they're having problems keeping their employees. The final time I went it was actually open, but there was a 3 1/2 hour wait....only the manager was there cutting hair and there was 4 people ahead of me.....not convenient at all! Maybe it's the competition with the Wal-Mart next door or just employee problems; I don't know...but what I do know is that what's going on over there right now is rediculous. Can't cut a straight line 7/26/2005

The hair cut my son received looked great at the shop but with all the gel out and living his life like a regular seven year old (without gel) the cut was apalling. I was told I could bring him back in if he wanted more cut off but there was no way I was going to attempt to get all the lines even on him, he'd surely have no more hair!!! PROS: Convenient CONS: Couldn't cut a seven year old boy's cut - heaven help an adult! more
