This tiny little place on Minnesota downtown is one of our favorites for quick, cheap Mexican food that's actually really tasty. Where else can you get a plate full of food for $4.00--on a dinner menu?! It's authentic, it's prepared well, and there's even an outside table--very nice on a summer evening. A local favorite for lunches and a fantastic value for dinner.
Pros: Prices, authenticity, quality of food
Cons: Not a ton of seating.
