Rude Front Desk Woman, Ruth.... Horrible service... 8/14/2008

Well My Grandpa Al from Indiana decided to come visit for the week,my children's birthday party is on sat. Al is 74 years old,and had rented a room for the week so he could be here for the grandkids birthday parties....Well he has been staying in this hotel with a mean front desk woman, named Ruth i believe.Today he wanted all 6 grandkids and my sister and i to bring the kids there so he could spend time with them swimming.Well to make a long story short,I got questioned when my son and I walked in as to ""where we were going"" Next after they were all swimming for awhile,my son who is asthmatic needed something to drink,so I figured id have a cup of coffee and ask if i could get him a little juice or what have ya.The reply I got was...No,cause then i'd have to turn it on and it's only for breakfast AND for people staying here,so is the coffee. WOW,sorry i did not know that so besides being rude and hostile to me on top of that she was the same way to my grandpa..How sick...you travel that far,and actually PAY for a place to stay and have to be treated like some kind of criminal...Rude woman,if you don't like your job, then quit instead of trying to make others feel like garbage. more
