The location is conveniently just South of I-10, although a quick left to cross Evangeline may take a minute when traffic is heavy. Wal-mart, Home Depot, and US Post Office are nearby. A convenient mall is nearby (next exit East on I-10). Staff is always great and accommodating. Shoneys is across the parking lot. When I need a place to stay in this area, I drive to this location for the great managers: Mr. Sanjay and Ms. Dee, very polite and professional. Originally from England, and having lived in other parts of the U.S. they are well traveled, educated, and know how to make the most of their hotel, making this a great value.
