Yoga With Family 2/3/2011

Before I joined sunstone yoga, I made little search over the internet and checked with various reviews for all yoga studios around Dallas. And I found lots of optimistic reviews for sunstone. I made few call to few people who attended Sunstone Yoga. They also said the same thing as I heard from reviews. So I decided to join sunstone and I realize that I made very right decision to join sunstone yoga family. Thank you. more

Solve Health Problem With Sun Stone 2/3/2011

Sun Stone Yoga is one of the major health problems today and yoga offers a perfect solution to this problem. Today, people are more concerned about their health and body but they aren?t able to manage some time for themselves only because of the busy lifestyle. We often see people spending hours in gym, purchasing stuff and things that can help them lose weight but they aren?t aware of the harmful affects their body is bearing from those weight losing medicines and machines. more

I have never felt so good about everything and had so much energy during the day. 8/28/2008

I have been practicing at Sunstone Yoga for about 4 months. When I first started, I had never done any kind of organized exercise program or any type of yoga. Luckily I found Sunstone Yoga's website and decided to try the 10 days for $10.00. As it turns out, this has been the best $10.00 I have ever spent in my life. I tried yoga because I love to scuba dive and I thought it would help me with my breathing: learning to control my breath would mean more time underwater. Focused positive energy 8/13/2008

My body physically craves yoga: the sweat, the release and the wonderful feeling of accomplishment at the end of class. I have come to a place now where my mind and spirit crave it as well; to bring in and share positive energy with my classmates, to be calm, focused, and to give to others what I learn in class. Pros: Many locations in the metroplex! I love that ! more
