- We were without heat for 15 days over the winter
- space heaters finely provided after multiple complaints
- Repairs very untimely
- Parts for heater left on doorstep for us to fix ourselves
- Refrigerator door broke 1 week after we moved in and was never fixed (6 months)
- still waiting for security deposit (its been 75 days since we moved out)
- Told on three different occasions when we moved in that utilities (electric and water) were not our responsibility, then told we were gong to receive 6 months worth of utility bills, because it was our responsibility.
- Neighbor's dog's out of control and CONSTANTLY OFF LEASH, stole things off our porch, peed on our porch, chased and attacked wildlife (squirrel)...No intervention by property manager.
