Poor Service, Rude Owner, Fails to Return Items, Mistreated 87 year old woman, 3/8/2009

This is the worst dry cleaner in Arvada. Please don't patronize. Sunshine took an 87 year old woman's quilt for cleaning and when she came to pick it up they said they couldn't find it. The owner, Mr. David VanDriel, refused to pay the customer for the value and told her to get a used quilt of a similar quality at a nearby store and bring in the reciept for reimbursement. The 87 year old woman followed Mr. VanDriel's directions and he still refused to pay her. This business has other unresolved complaints. Very unethical. Cons: Not willing to pay people when they lose or misappropriate items you bring in. more
