Our sales person was a great guy! He answered all our questions honestly & gave us the information we needed to make a good decision on the type of generator that was the right fit for us and out life style. The install guys were very friendly and professional. We have already recommended Sunset Air to a neighbor.\r more

Jim, the salesman, was easy to work with. The installers were on time and left our home the way they found it. The inspector signed off on the permit immediately when he saw the work was performed by Sunset Air. His comment was ""Their work is superior!""\r more

Out of all 5 companies we had bid for the windows, Jesse was the most direct, straight forward, “What can we do for you?”, rep of all. He was easy to understand and has addressed every questions we’ve asked. Aiden, Shane, Randy, and Nate (installers), worked within their scheduled time frame and completed a lot of the work. You guys are great! We are just starting to feel the difference a heat pump makes and are looking forward to the return on the investment.\r more

I was so comfortable working with Sunset Air. They don't pressure you into something that your not ready for. They went above and beyond with the install. We were never bothered during the whole process. Thank you for making this an easy transition. more

Awesome company 6/29/2011

I purchased an air conditioner through Sunset Air (salesman was Jesse Cherry) in March of 2011. Yesterday I turned on the air conditioning for the first time. It was FABULOUS! My house is situated in a very hot sun area, and last year I nearly fried. I would highly recommend this company. There were no surprises. Their recommended financing worked out wonderfully (my monthly payment is extremely reasonable). All the people that I have encountered at Sunset Air are very professional. This was and continues to be a great experience for me. more

Polite 6/20/2011

The AC in our unit went down last week and two other companies were not polite when we called. Sunset Air scheduled an appointment right away and had the unit back up and running fast. more

No Complaints 6/17/2011

Really nice people, cheap, honest, and relatively fast. We had our entire house converted from baseboard electric and wood to gas forced air and they converted my water heating to gas and put in spigots for a stove and BBQ at the same time. They did such a great job with the install that I haven't had to talk to them at all since they did it, and I can't even hear the furnace when it's running. No complaints whatsoever.. more

We have used Sunset air at our current house and at our rental house. In both cases they have gone above and beyond to turn our furnace nightmares around as quickly as possible. They take calls anytime and are awesome to work with. I have referred them to others and always hear great reports! more

Good service 6/14/2011

My a/c had stopped working so I called Sunset Air. The guy was really friendly when I called, and since their price was reasonable (was 3rd company I called) I went ahead and booked with them. They were very careful about not tracking dirt into my home, and I was pleasantly surprised by the bill - only the diagnostic fee plus parts - no additional hourly rate was added on. A very pleasant experience. Thank you more

New fireplace mantel and surround. Our new fireplace is marvelous! the installers did a perfect and professional job. The entire transaction was very problem free. From the quoting to the installation everyone was very professional. The installer worked in such a clean way. I am very happy! more
