Sunrise Remodeling

Mr. Porter came to our house making losts of promises about the work he was going to do. He talked very professional, and made a good bid. Cutting to the chase... after (6) six weeks he packed up his stuff moved onto another jobs and left me with unfinished walls, a gutted bathroom and improperly hung doors. When I called him he became nasty and even cursed at me. Yet, he did not come back. I called for weeks and he would not answer or call back. I believe the first review on this site TOTALLY!!!! I question the others that rave about Mr. Porter. more

Well I have to say that Billy and his employees did a fantastic job for me. I have dealt with several contractors in the best and I have to say that Sunrise Remodeling out shined all of them. I needed my bathroom rebuilt after we found out we had leak. Billy was very informative about how he was going to fix it and make it right!!! I just knew my house was going to be a wreck, but it WASN'T!!! They did a wonderful job by placing mats on the floor where they were walking and kept the trash in the trailer and not in my yard. Needless to say the outcome of them rebuilding my bathroom was GREAT!!! I would highly recommend Sunrise Remodeling if your looking for a company that is TRULY concerned about the homeowner and thier expectations!!! Billy THANK YOU for giving our family a new bathroom and doing what you said you would do and more!!! We will be calling you again. more

I almost fell for this one review that swore Billy was the worst contractor on earth, and I am so glad I took the time to actually talk to him directly, Billy and I met we sat down ironed out exactly what it was that I wanted done and not only did he do it, he did FAR more than just ""a little ole screened in porch"". Mr. Porter gave us fair prices on multiple jobs for my home, he scheduled us in a manner that fit our schedule and he actually showed up on time, as well as calling to confirm the Friday prior to starting the job on Monday. He and his team were professional and perfectionists at all the work that was done on my home. I will definitely call again for repairs to my home and will recommend him to anyone who asks. Having used multiple contractors for various upgrades in the last three years, he is the first that was on time, respectful and there was no nickel and diming us for additional work/items that were needed. I There were issues with our house that we hadn't seen before, he took us out and showed us and gave us options to call someone else or have him do it, and he gave us the cost prior to (he was doing our siding and we had some windows with serious wood rot that hadn't been seen due to a previous paint job). He repaired the issues and was always fair and honest. more

Dec 3 2010 chester says\r Mad in fay \r MR Billy Porter the owner of sunrise of fay 910 309 9318 or 910 4101 2260 started my house my first job in feb 20 10 we put everything in writing and the job went well ,,,,, So i called him back Big Mistake he started in June of 2010 i paid him in ful and trusted him and he left me with my backsplash not done, my door way not done , my wall sanded looking bad , and to beat it alll he Did not put up all my cabient door , and left me with handle on only three of them , never painted the celing , their so much more , I have used 17 diff people phone to call him he say i coming and never come iI have tex him ,I am disable and having a hard time opening up the doors that's up , He has the hard ware to the door's and with no cabient door up in the kitchen and all the mess he left , Run fast , it's more call me , they took and cut up the wrong wire in my house ,mad Home owne in fay 910 527 3121 more
