I have been taking my dog to Sunny Days for boarding and grooming for the past year. My dog loves this place (as much as a dog can like leaving home). He gets to play and the staff is very good to him. They also do a great job with grooming. I am very particular about my boy and while the place may not look like much in regards to decor, my dog doesn't care and neither do I. As long as he is happy then I am happy. I always find him in a good mood when I pick him up compared to when I would board him at our vet. I call and check on him every day while I am out of town and they are never put out or act like I am bothering them. My dog is like my son and I would never recommend a place if I was not 100% satisfied with the care he receives. more

We will NEVER go back! we took our 2 labrador retrievers to Sunny Days over memorial day weekend. On our first visit, the workers were unprofessional. They refused to let me walk back and see where my dogs would be staying. They didn't label the dog food or write down how often my dogs should be fed. I left almost in tears and decided to drive back on my lunch break and request a tour of the facility. I walked back to the cages where the dogs are kept and my dogs were already completely out of water. After just 4 days in that awful place, BOTH of my dogs returned to me with kennel cough! They were updated on all of their shots and there is NO EXCUSE for the things that occurred. The owners are terrible business people, the workers are unprofessional idiots who are underpaid and do NOT care about you OR YOUR DOGS, and for the price that they charge, I could find at least 20 more boarders with 10 times better quality care. more

My Dobe/Rot (Murphy) loves them and always looks forward to going there to have his nails trimmed, etc. The gals there are very good with him and so friendly. He is not always easy to handle as he is 130#!!! But they never have trouble with him...... I never have to wait and they are very effecient. I am getting ready to take him there for short boarding! Terrible service, didn't return our calls when we called with questions, over charged us, didn't explain pick-up policies, gave us half the food back that I measured out for my dogs to be fed, my dogs came back lethargic and skinny, put my dogs in with other dogs when I requested that they not be. Just an all around terrible experience, unlike I've had with any other kennels I've used. Pros: Had spots available...now we know why... Cons: Dogs came back lethargic, skinney, and flea-infested. more
