Very friendly, homey low income apartments for senior citizens. Clean, well maintained. Fun place for Mom or Dad. 2/23/2008

This is a great place for low income senior citizens to live. Beautiful Chewelah valley, close to downtown, post office, banks, hardware store. Has a common recreation room that holds up to 50 people for parties, games and family gatherings. Laundry facilities on site. Pros: close to downtown, water, sewer , garbage paid, very friendly Cons: needs more parking more
