Was referred to this company by someone who worked for Anlin windows after doing an exhausting amount of product research. The windows are the best on the market and there's only a few carriers in San Diego. So...we took estimates from the companies who carry the window line and every other estimate started way too high(like $20,000 for 7 windows high) and went way to low for there not to be any foul play. This is the ONLY company that gave a fair price from the get go.\r more

Being new to San Diego, Suncoast was a pleasant surprise when putting my new property through a full remodel. They basically stripped my 70's style townhouse down to the bare walls and moved forward on the modernization process. I needed windows and took the bait to have a salesperson come out and give me an estimate. The sales rep gave me about an hour very impressive review and demonstration of the Monte Verde windows convincing me, an ex engineer, of the quality of these windows. So I signed the contract on the spot based on my previous experience of having another large window recently installed and their discount for a quick decision. The workman came at the designated time and installed 7 of their windows in a few hours. They were quick, the finished work looked great and they were so neat that you would not have known they were there at all. The big front window was installed later and that went well along with the great guy who had do all the stucco work since I re designed the entire front section of the house where the new window was installed. I am very pleased with the windows, workmanship and price. I would highly recommend this company to install your new windows. more
