Worst contractor I've ever dealt with. Terrible communications to both his people and customer. As a result mistakes are made and he will yell at both his people and the customer when he's backed into a corner. Had warranty issues that he took over 6 weeks to repair, for a job that took less than an hour. When we advised him of further issues that needed to be fixed, while we were waiting for the first one to be repaired. He never did make those repairs, and a couple of months later, he advised me he was going bankrupt and would be unable to make the repairs. When I told him I would take him and the issue to the California State Licensing Board, he laughed and said, "what does it matter, I'm going out of business anyway?" 6 months later, I was curious to see why his web-site was still up and called the number on the web page. Apparently he decided to stay in business but is now working out of his house. Now I'm going to take this, and him to the CSLB. What a piece of work.
