Had the misfortune of getting cancelled, unbeknownst to me. Didn't receive the usual computer phone call reminder last month, and was told that the corporate office may or may not have called me, which didn't matter because I had lapsed a few days. There was nothing I could do about it, and I will now be charged $100 extra by the DMV. \r

The agent made no attempt to look into the matter, and I suggested that if apathy was their policy, I would switch to another insurance company. "Oh well" was their response. \r

My response is that this insurance company sucks. I'm glad I didn't actually NEED them, for if I had, I can't imagine the red tape I would've had to go through to file a claim! No thanks.
