I am a Suddenly Slimmer Spa regular customer! 11/18/2009

It was not hard to love SSDS because I felt very well taking care on my first visit to receive Botox injections. I like their ambiance, their interior decoration that I came back for other services as well. The flower smell inside melts my stresss making me ready to go deeper in relaxation either with massages or acupucture treatments. I just have good words to say about them! Pros: Very happy customer! Cons: Nothing more

Suddenly Slimmer Spa has really nice group of people. Great facial I got from Claudine, lovely lady. The manager on the phone was o accommodating. Makes you feel good to see some people still care and believe in customer service and making a regular out of you . My friends have gone there for years. Well done place. I will be back. Pros: None Cons: Best customer service and treatments. more

Hot Stone Massage best! 11/18/2009

I had a fantastic hot lava stone massage at the Spa done by Anna. I have seriously never felt anything like it and I am a spa lover. Afterwards I had a great 30 min facial in a package part of my 90 min massage - that left my skin soft and glowing - perfect for my birthday weekend!! The front desk girls were friendly and the waiting room was awesome, they have water and dried fruit to snack on, which is nice. Very relaxing experience! I will be back for sure. Pros: None Cons: Love it! more

My husband and I were spending some time in Phoenix and wanted to get a massage. We had read the reviews saying that Suddenly Slimmer spa was rated as having the best massages, but we had heard those words before and been bitterly disappointed. We had Tracy and Shannon, both were excellent. If they are representative of the therapists there, then they do have the best massages. I am a physical therapist and I frequently have massages, so I think we are in a good position to judge. Thank for our wonderful experience and deep relaxation! Pros: Upper class delivery service!
