Classic Alley a big hit 1/25/2011

In tough economic times we all want to go out and have a good time for cheap price. This bowling alley has daily specials that really when compared to most bowling alleys are great prices. It is located in right down from the Decatur square making it a great place for college students to come and hangout. The last couple of times I have been there the employees have been laughing, smiling, and very attentive to my needs as a customer. The snack bar had all the essentials! Tasty food and cheap beer. Once league play is over the music comes on. If you go on a Friday night you can have a good laugh with a little Karaoke. more

High prices, unfriendly personnel, gospel on Sunday 2/28/2010

Whether you want to or not, you are going to have to listen to loud, very ethnic gospel music if you bowl on Sunday prior to 1 pm. The owner doesn't care that not everyone wants to hear it. The personnel are cold and unfriendly and act like they don't care if you come or not. The price of $4.50 a game during open bowling seems high. Reset - Reset - Mechanical Failure! 7/7/2005

I've been to this lane six times and I've never been able to complete 10 frames without the need to request a technician to fix the pinsetter/ballreturn. Expect a repair time of at least 5 minutes...be prepared to breakdown again after another few frames. I really wouldn't mind paying a little more to be able to bowl without the nagging interruptions. Pros: Location, Location, Location Cons: Pinsetter pre 70's, House Balls pre 70's, Staff could care less more

Can't beat this 2/8/2003

Those that don't know much hate on this place, but by far this is one of the best set of lanes around town. I have played at other lanes in Atlanta but none compare to how well maintained these lanes are. A maintenace crew is always on hand constantly performing upkeep and making sure that the lanes are performing up to par. Leagues rule the world here meaning that these are some serious lanes. If your looking for a place to go and prove yourself, then step up to the plate at suburban. Pros: Excellent Lanes, Friendly folks Cons: Dead side walls more

$3 per person per game?! That's ridiculous! Maybe I was just ripped off, but for the sub-standard facilities, that's just way too much. more
