Recently the girlfriend needed a car, so we purchased a car from here. The salesman was real helpful and the guys even stayed 2 hours past closing just to sell us car, my girl is abit indecisive. We got here an hour before closing after talking to the salesman they pulled up a few realistic options. After checking out the car and taking it for a test drive, my girl was in love and the test drive wasn’t bad, the salesman didn’t try to make nonsensical small talk but genuinely seemed concerned on how happy we were and answered every question we had. Although they couldn't match him on his offer, they gave us a much better deal than other dealerships. I will be coming back here next time I’m in the market. more

I am writing to compliment your staff at Future Ford of Sacramento. 4/30/2012

We stopped to get gas at the Chevron station on Madison last night on the way up to Tahoe from Marin. The alternator on our Pacific failed as we started the car up. We had enough juice in the battery to make it over the freeway overpass to the service department of your dealership. We then rented a car at the airport and continued on up to Squaw. Eric in your service department has been great. He fit us into the service queue this morning even though they were slammed. He is going to fix the problem and leave the keys with your sales team so we can pick the car up tomorrow after skiing on the way back down the mountain. He’s been a pleasure to work with and is a great representative of the flawless customer service that I remember so well from working with you so many years ago. Please thank the service team on behalf of Marcia, the kids and I for turning a troubling Friday the 13th experience into an effortless repair that didn’t spoil our spring break vacation. more

My Truck - What a Truck! 3/31/2012

I have owned Three Chevy S-10's with V 6. My truck a Ranger with its 4 cylinder beats them all hands down. I did so much research before I bought and found for me there is only one truck: MY FORD RANGER! The service I have received is excellent, I have always been informed of the work performed and then Eric came over to see me as I said he kept informed and treated me like his best friend NOW where do you see that! But there is more also...Stan and the young Gentleman walking me through all of the Financing. For once in my life I had a knowledgeable person explain everything and answer every question! What a Team! I am very pleased and I thank you. more

Mustang Andy 3/19/2012

I always wanted a brand new Mustang so when the opportunity arose I went straight to Future after hearing rave reviews from my boss who also loves Fords. I had an issue with a salesman, he was just too outgoing for me not a real problem, but I just wanted find my new baby and take it home ASAP. I went to lunch and came back again for a different guy who was way down to earth and knew his cars and his inventory. He gave me five different prices on their Mustangs they had and showed me exactly what I asked for, blue tooth, leather etc. I promptly realized that it was way out of my budget and stepped up to a base Mustang. Im very happy with my purchase and anyone looking for a Mustang come here! more

The parts department has really good customer service help me find a part for my car so I could get back on the road the same day I just wish the parts where little cheaper but knowing I have a quality part is good to know thanks parts department more

Smooth Transaction, please to deal with 12/13/2011

Recently we needed to replace one of our warehouse Trucks and had the pleasure to contact Future Fords Cal Nelson to help us with this process. Cal suggested and stepped us through purchase and build out of a 2011, Isuzu, NRR Delivery Truck. As a result of his work we were able to receive a new truck at a reasonable cost and built exactly to our specs. in a timely manner. Cal met our time frame and even helped to insure that the service events for this vehicle went smoothly. As a result of Cals excellent customer service we recently purchased two 2011 Transit Connects from Future Ford and again as with the Isuzu the trucks the Transits were delivered at a good price and in a timely manner. As we purchase new vehicles in the future mainly because of our interaction with Cal youll be first on our list. After we purchased our Isuzu Dawn Lacy worked and set up an account for us and arranged for service as a pick up and delivery that went very smoothly. more

Reliable, Honest and Excellent! 11/29/2011

My sisters, friends and family all drive Fords..they are good reliable cars and we all got our cars there and we come here to get them fixed .They have EXCELLENT customer service..the ppl there are always attentive and polite and the manager there is always helpful and kind.they provide free shuttle service which is pretty cool and convenient :) more

I just got my Explorer serviced here today and I love great customer service, the car was finished by the time i was done with work, which they promised and I know all my colleagues agree. Highly recommend if you are in the area. more

knowledgeable staff 5/29/2011

The sales person conducted the demo. He was knowledgeable and comfortable with the Synch feature. He clearly explained the Synch features and had me synch my phone while he provided instructions which I appreciated. It helped me learn the process so I could successfully synch other family phones at home. more

I would like to say this is the fourth car my wife and I have purchased from Future Ford of Sacramento dealership in the last year and a half, and it has been another great experience thanks to the wonderful staff that you have groomed and trained. Our special thanks to Dave Mercer . He is a genuinely WONDERFUL person. He treat customers in a manner that makes us feel very at ease. We are very happy with our experience there, it is too bad that more salespeople do not follow your and his example of following through and making a customer the main concern and not just PROFIT. I would also like to mention Justin (one of your managers) for his help in making this a great buying experience. more

5 star Internet Car Buying 3/31/2011

I've been doing months of research on the Taurus since i haven't had a good experience at any dealerships in the past i thought it would be smarter to just do it over the web. I'm glad I was right because i was able to get an inventory list with vin numbers so I could do my own CarFax reports from home after i found the right Taurus for me i made an appointment and everyone at Future Ford was really on it, i didnt run late at all everyone seemed real organized and ready for action! I appreciate people who appreciate their jobs and their customers, definitely 5 stars! more

i give them five stars for the honesty 2/28/2011

This is more than just a dealership. I came in on a very busy president's day, but it was my only day off. I saw alot of salesmen running around and i was relieved to get a very knowledgeable salesman. He was young, but was able to answer any question I had. I'm a mechanic so you cant really beat around the bush with me when it comes to cars and engines, i appreciated his honesty too when it came to pricing because there was no surprises when i wemt into finance. Overall this dealership is great compared most ive visited in the area more

Flexible and accomodating, A+ 1/31/2011

I love my new Escape 5 stars for my salesman for going through so much trouble of getting this car for me, I had to wait a few extra days, but I could tell how hard he had worked to get the exact car I wanted, this is why I definitely recommend Future Ford Sacramento because they made me happy! more

I was so happy to have had a great experience for my first time buying a car on my own! I was very hesitant about going because I've heard so many horror stories about dealerships, but my father told me to go try Sacramento Ford and as they say dads are always right! I met their Sales Manager and he was so helpful, once I picked the car I wanted, he introduced me to another really nice salesman, who then took me on my first test drive. It was very exciting and fun, I then went into finance, and the finance manager was really nice. I had an overall great experience thanks to the staff at Future Ford. more

I'll be coming again for my next car 12/26/2010

I always loved the idea of getting a new car since i graduated. however, after a lot of complaints from my colleagues, I started to have doubts. I went to about 4 other dealerships and looked at countless websites, but seeing Future Ford of Sacramento on the web I realized they had the best specials on the Focus so I decided to make one more visit. I made an appointment with their internet guy over the website for after work to check out the car I wanted. After the test drive, the car turned out to be exactly what I expected and since I already knew how much I was planning on spending, everything went by quickly and also saved a couple hundred of dollars. I definitely recommend this Ford store for a good car buying experience. more

Very Pleasent Dealership 12/19/2010

The wife and I recently purchased a vehicle here and I have to say we are so pleased. My in-laws told me we got an amazing deal and I’m surprised at how much they approved. The sales team were great, I did not have a single issue with them, they had class and knowledge and were very polite to my wife. Finance was also good, it was a bit slow, but I couldn’t beat the deals they gave me. All in all it was very worth my time and money and recommend this daeler. more

Probably the best experience I have had buying a new car. Today, I met with the internet director at The Sacramento Future Ford store, who found the Acadia my wife wanted but for the price I wanted. The process was painless than what I have been exposed to in the past and they gave me a great deal in finance too. Overall, I recommend this dealer over any other Ford dealership around. more

great customer service 10/14/2010

I usually spend at least 2-3 months shopping around before buying a car. I like how Future Ford Staff worked hard to get me the color and option packages I wanted, instead of pushing me to buy something in stock. They found the exact car I wanted at another dealer and brought it in for me at a fair price. I came here before a few times for service and expriences were also pleasant and hassle free. Even after I made my purchase I still received great customer service! I would highly recommend the Future Ford to anyone . more

New Explorer - Straigh Deal, No BS 8/30/2010

I just got a new Ford Explorer at Future Ford and I just couldn't be happier! Great price! Easy to get my credit done and they were real cool to me. Polite and Efficient Sales Experience 5/30/2010

My mom totaled her car so it was up to me to help her buy a new one. I had some experience with the service department, they changed my oil and did my tires and both times it was real fast. Frank did a good job picking out a car for my mom and the whole process ended up to be less than a couple of hours. I was able to give my mom her new car and move on with my life! more
