WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ANY SHOP EVER. We did business with them and definitely lived to REGRET IT. Our son ordered the tuxes for his wedding from here. We confirmed the order with them a month before the wedding. \r \r The day before the wedding, we went to pick the order up and the tuxes were...NOT THERE! The shop had faxed the order to their supplier, but never bothered to confirm their supplier received the fax. The supplier didn't get their fax so the tuxes were never ordered. \r \r So there we were, just 24 hours out from the ceremony, and NO TUXES. The owner ordered them rush, and overnight shipped, but he was very rude and very peeved that he had to miss Temple to take care of this AND had to pay extra for the overnight shipping. You'd think he would have SOME system in place to check that his orders were in his shop when they were supposed to be...but apparently not.\r \r None of this was our fault--his staff screwed up yet he was angry with US. The ability to provide good customer service is not in his toolkit, obviously.\r \r His mess up and his attitude stressed out the bride and groom during a time which should have been an occasion for unalloyed joy. Furthermore, he followed up two days after the wedding with a phone call to the bride, gleefully informing her that because the groom neglected to return one of their garment bags, the shop was going to charge us $15 for it. \r \r JUST A WARNING...DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING TREATED WITH RUDENESS AND SUBJECTED TO A LOT OF STRESS JUST BEFORE YOUR SPECIAL OCCASION. more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I had an extremely terrible experience at this tuxedo shop. I made an appointment and when I got there I was not greeted, this was fine, but when I asked what procedure they had in place for me to be helped and asked if I could begin trying on the jackets for sizing I was told ,I could not and that I was being very rude. The owner then told me that I could leave and that he didn't want to rent to me. I was so shocked that I asked if he was serious. He was. I could not believe the disrespect and poor customer service this store has. I do not care how low the prices are, I would never return to this shop and I would never recommend it to anyone unless they are interested in having a similar horrible experience. more
