My surgery was performed by Dr. Kincaid in June 2011. In preparation for that day, I interviewed several board certified surgeons who were well credentialed, and who possessed the confidence of the peers as well as their patients but in addition to that, Dr. Kincaid impressed me with his approach: not one of boasting how young I would look - but repeatedly suggesting that he could bring a freshness to my face and suggested that after surgery, I would smile again when I looked at my reflection. During and after the procedure, Dr. Kincaid and his incredible staff were solicitous of my comfort and safety and those with an experiential point of view detailed what to expect so that I was never left to wonder if I was healing properly. I cannot express my gratitude to the staff enough. They were the nicest women and made sure that I was informed and comfortable. One of the nurses sat and talked to me for half an hour before my surgery to keep me calm. The surgery center was clean, organized and very comfortable. Dr. Kincaid did an amazing job. I had little pain and I was back up in no time! The office called and checked on me often to make sure I was doing ok! I followed up with Dr. Kincaid and he was just as attentive after my surgery as he was before. I was not just a customer to him or his office. I am now more confident in clothes and swimsuits and also in my marriage. When you feel good without clothes on there is a closer connection between you and your spouse. I went from absolutely a flat chest to a 34D. I went under the muscle with a gel implant. They feel real and look amazing. I often get asked if they are real. Dr. Kincaid is great! I had tried everything for my active acne that a dermatologist could prescribe, ranging from oral to topical agents, including acutane. No peels or dermabrasions would touch my active acne or the discoloration left behind from the scarring. I decided to try the VI Peel through Dr. Kincaid's office, hearing that it can help reduce pore size and clean up oily sebaceous glands, not to mention help with the scarring of the skin. I am happy to say, of all the treatments I have ever tried, the VI Peel showed remarkable results after using a series of three peels and a bleaching cream between treatments. No longer do I have to wear thick foundation, but mineral makeup does the trick easily! People have commented on how great my skin looks, which I cannot put a price on. I am a 29 year old mother of 3 little ones, so when I decided that it was time to do a little something for myself I wanted to be with a surgeon that understood how important safety was to me. Like most people I went and had consultations with a couple different doctors. I found that the other doctors that I met with where only concerned with the size that I wanted. Most of them did not listen to anything I had to say and just kept pushing me to go bigger. When I sat down with Dr. Kincaid he asked me why I wanted this procedure and if it was my decision to be there. I thought that was very professional and he was putting me first. He then spoke a whole bunch about the risks and the background of himself and his team that would be working on me. I decided to wait another year to get the procedure done and when I was ready there was no doubt that I would be back in Dr. Kincaids office. I did quite a lot of research on plastic surgeons before deciding on Dr. Kincaid, and I am very happy to have selected him for my laser procedure. Everyone at his office is friendly, knowlegeable and professional. My questions were quickly answered and the follow-up was thorough. It has only been five days since the laser resurfacing procedure of my entire face, and I am extremely happy with the results. I am 50 (with previous sun damage) and did not think my skin could ever be this smooth and clear. I had my breasts enhanced by Dr. Kincaid. It was one of the best decisions I've made for myself. I'm a very confident woman, but I didn't like the way my breasts looked. I had the Vi Peel at Dr. Kincaid's office. I've had peels at other plastic surgeons offices in the past and I have to say that this is the best peel I have had. Dr. Kincaid and his staff answered all my questions regarding recovery and the importance of wearing sunscreen to help maintain the effects of the peel. I was also put on a bleaching cream called TriLuma to keep my skin staying bright. The Vi Peel is great! I peeled for about five days. The first three the most and then the last two days just mild peeling. My skin feels clean and smooth also the pores in my t-zone are a lot smaller. I recommend this peel. more

After deciding to have cosmetic surgery, I must say that my experience with Dr. Kincaid and his staff was nothing less than outstanding. CHRONICALLY LATE and does SHODDY WORK! I had Vaser liposuction (smart lipo) on my abdominal area and he left large, visible fat deposits on the left side as well as a ring of subcutaneous fat along my panty line. He also made indentations with the surgical canula that look like long streaks under the skin - terrible! Not at all what I thought I was paying for. I showed him the disappointing post-operative results and he immedately went defensive, although he had to acknowledge that the results were very poor. more

In many ways, I was appalled at his professional, or lack thereof, demeanor. My visit seemed weird with some of the inappropriate things he said but I was too shocked to respond. He speaks as if he is at a bar casually making small talk. After waiting for an hour past my appointment, I just wanted to have the time done. I do not know if he does it with all his patients, but he seemed to be a little too casual in how he touched me. A heavy hand on my leg and then a small brush of my back during my exam made me feel awkward at the moment. Not only until I thought about it after leaving did I really know how I should respond to what he did. If you do see him, just make sure you are prepared in how to handle him sneakily touching. It was not obvious groping but it was beyond what any other doctor has ever done to me. more

My pregnancy really took a toll on my body, even after excercising vigorously there's only so much results you can acheive. Dr. Kincaid and his staff were really friendly. They answered all my questions and addressed each and everyone of my concerns. more

Save yourself a lot of time, money and heartache by avoiding this Dr. He performed breast augmentation on me when I was 18 years old. I am a very thin patient and made it extremely clear that I wanted TINY, NATURAL looking breasts. He assured me that I would end up that a small, natural looking result. What I got was the biggest waste of 6,000 of my life and a terrible blow to my self confidence. My breasts were not only larger than what I wanted, by I ended up with symmastia (uniboob) where the two boobs touch together in the middle and raise the skin up. As I sit here writing this review I'm coming fresh from an appointment I had with him earlier today about the issue and I cannot believe the way I was treated. First, my appointment was at 3:30 and I wasn't brought into a room until 5:10. Then, although I specifically requested to speak to the Dr. himself, I got his assistant, who literally brought tears to my eyes with his harsh attitude. When I asked why they had failed to give me the small, natural look I wanted ? all he could say was ?I think it looks fine, plus YOU CHOSE the size you wanted? as if I should have known that choosing relatively small 250cc implants would mean they would own their own migrate to the center. more

First and foremost I'm sure it is very difficult to manage expectations, even unrealistic ones. I have been going to this practice for several years and have always been extremely satisfied with the results of my botox and fillers by the PA there. And as far as surgery, Dr. Kincaid is the best. I wouldnt have had my procedure with anyone else. As a matter of fact I have had several Physicians, from other practices, inject me over the years with clearly inferior results. I certainly wouldnt be injected by an RN who took a weekend course at the Mariott. I like the fact that I have always had natural looking results and not a completely frozen and un-natural result. I certainly dont concur with the RN's comments. If you want consistenly superior natural looking results Dr. Kincaids practice is where you should be. Pros: Friendly, Professional staff more

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible! I received Botox (over 30 units) and had absolutely terrible results. I immediately knew I would not have good results as the PA did not hit targeted areas that other pratictioners had in the past. I waited the 2 weeks as they suggested to see final results and still the right side of my forehead had frown lines while the left was smooth. I went back a third time (after a REDO of a couple more units into the area!) to show the PA the uneven results. Instead of fixing the problem, he went on and on about how skilled he is and how experienced he is, and how he usually gets good results. Then he told me there was nothing else he could do. So.......there went $300 down the drain. I did ask for Dr. Kincaid to evaluate the results, as he was in the office, and was informed he was too busy. Not only were the results terrible, but the manner in which this situation was handled was completely unprofessional. I spoke with the office manager and sales associate and was informed that they would look into it. I have not heard a thing from them. I am only glad I didn't have a surgical procedure or something much larger done there. I have had Botox several times previously with fantastic results. I've had better results from nurses practicing for their Botox certification and much fewer units were used!! more
