My wife and I recently purchased for our grandson a crib and dresser from the store. We were impressed by the quality of the furniture and the knowledgeable staff. We had to order the crib and dresser, but it came in less than the time quoted and came well packaged and in great shape. I have no qualms about buying for our number two son when the time comes. WE have been waiting for 12 weeks now for a bedroom set for our baby. So far the only answer we get is that the company has taken 2 weeks off for Christmas and that it should be here this week. We bought our furniture from this company and we love it, its great baby furniture. It didn't take long for us to put it together. When we placed our order they told us it could take 8-12 weeks for our furniture to get in. We got it in 3 WEEKS! Our dresser was fully assembled for us, it has some of the best packing I have ever seen, I've bought furniture at other places and it is always damanged. This was packaged very nice, I used to work at a furniture store and some companys do not know what they are doing, this is not the case with this furniture. Crib was easly put together, took me only aobut a half our to assemble. Took me longer to put my tv stand together. SIX LONG MONTHS AGO, I ORDERED A BEDROOM SET FOR MY SON WHO WAS NOT BORN AT THE TIME. HE IS NOW 6 WEEKS OLD, AND STILL HAS NO DRESSER BECAUSE THE HORRIBLE STAFF DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET MY SET 14 WEEKS AFTER I ORDERED IT WHICH I THOUGHT WAS AN INCREDIBLY OUTRAGEOUS WAIT!!! STILL NOTHING!! EVERYTIME I CALL THEY SAY ITS ON THE NEXT TRUCK, BUT NOTHING EVER COMES. We ordered baby furniture months ago. I called the store and our furniture was not there. The employee was not empathetic and actually couldn't care less. I recently spoke with another individual who had the same experience. He said they ordered furniture months before the baby was born and have not received all of it. When he called the store to express his dissatisfaction the store rudely hung-up on him!! Do yourself a favor, don't shop there!! more
