I lived at Stoney Falls for a year and a half. I read a lot of reviews concerning Stoney Falls and did not believe that some of them could be true. I recently moved out and cleaned my apartment and was charged $60 for them to clean my refrigerator. They said if I did not pay this within 15 days, it would turned into a collections agency. Pros: Pool Cons: Move out charges more
