Dream Come True! 1/4/2011

Stonebrook Manor was literally a DREAM COME TRUE! I planned my wedding from NYC in 3 months, and they made it not only happen, but made it more than I could have imagined! There isnt a SINGLE complaint I have. The staff are so friendly and personable, they are flexible in providing whatever you want, the prices are extremely competitive, the food was amazing, the vendors could not be better! (I got the DeeJay, officiant, and photographer - the florist was the only one I didnt care for). Whenever I had an issue they always worked with me, and the event went so flawless!\r \r I got a ridiculous amount of comments saying how beautiful it was! I may be a little biased, however, this truly was the best wedding I have ever been to. I honestly honestly say they have perfected the art of weddings!\r \r You should ABSOLUTELY plan yours here! I had the wedding of a lifetime. more

Stonebrook Quality on the Decline... 8/2/2010

I was so excited to have my wedding at Stonebrook Manor, because it looked like a good deal for the cost and the location was beautiful, however they got my cake flavors wrong, they made mistakes when preparing my paperwork, they rushed me to turn in my guest list early, they told us and stated on the paperwork that there would be a choice of salad dressings and then there was only a gross vinaigrette on the day of the wedding. The rolls were overloaded with herbs and very hard, the chicken was over-seasoned and the servers never brought me or my husband the appetizers (which we upgraded for an additional $150) and when I complained later, the captain brought us a plate of the cold ones that were left. I was extremely disappointed with the staff at Stonebrook and when I mentioned all the complaints to them they didn't even return my phone call, when I called again after waiting a week, they offered a half-hearted apology and nothing more. They also got the colors for the chair ties and napkins wrong. They give the illusion of a high class venue, but their staff doesn't live up to the expectations. I would say to save your money for a company that can live up to your expectations and actually care to have you end up satisfied after you spent thousands of dollars for your big day. Pros: Beautiful location Cons: Confused staff, mistakes with my choices and poor service. more

Extremely Pleased Bride 5/14/2010

I had my wedding and reception at Stonebrook recently and was extremely pleased. I was (as I am sure a lot of other brides are) overwhelmed with all of the details of putting together my wedding. The help I recieved from the Stonebrook staff even on details that had nothing to do with the venue were invaluable. As soon as I arrived at Stonebrook on the day of my wedding all of my concerns were whisked away. The staff was very professional and on top of every detail, the food was incredible and the gardens for our ceremony were magnificent!! I also used their recommended dj, photographer, florist and minister. All were great! I cannot explain to you just how wonderfull why wedding day was. I highly highly recommend Stonebrook Manor. more

Stonebrook Manor was Awesome! 11/17/2009

They are amazing to work with! I had an event scheduled for August, and due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to postpone the event until September. When September came around, the gentleman we were having the event for was terminally ill and we had to cancel the event all together. Instead of charging us for cancelling at the last minute, they offered to charge us a nominal fee and apply the rest of my deposit toward my event scheduled in December. Needless to say, we were extremely grateful! more

Stonebrook Manor is Great!!!!! 9/16/2009

I had my wedding at Stonebrook Manor last October. It was the perfect choice. The package was competitively priced, especially with the ceremony, catering, wedding cake and DJ all included. Not having to go to several different companies just to book them saved me time and energy to concentration on other areas of my wedding. The staff is extremely friendly, willing to accommodate to some of my special events that I had planned to take place during the wedding. The DJ was amazing, the food superb, the cake delicious! I loved that everything went smoothly throughout the wedding night, and the only thing I had to worry about was having fun! I received so many compliments afterward on my choice of venue, all my guests loved Stonebrook Manor - from the beautiful grounds, to the elegant reception room and the wonderful food. I plan on booking the site for future anniversary parties as well as large family functions. more

Stonebrook Manor was Perfect!! 8/12/2009

My daughter just had her wedding and reception there last month. I can say without exception this was the most beautiful venue I have ever been to. The service and food was excellent and I would highly recommend this location to anyone. more

Stonebrook Manor is exceptional! 7/3/2009

I just wanted to express how incredibly wonderful my daughter's wedding was at Stonebrook last night. Your service exceeded my wildest expectations. Eric (event captain) was right on top of everything and a true gem to work with. The DJ was amazing and truly kept the evening flowing and curtailed some of the out of control children in a very kind way at my request. He came to the rescue with the slide show presentation and was kind and reassuring with my questions. The food was incredible as well, being hot, very fresh and in serving such a large group plentiful. The wedding cake was magnificent. I drink a lot of water and your staff was right on top of me and my guests in making sure that the water glasses stayed filled. I cannot express enough to you how magnificent your services were and I would be honored if you ever wanted someone to call me for a reference. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart, Stonebrook Manor is truly a diamond in the Rockies. more

Wedding day disaster 5/21/2009

First off very over priced and not good service the people are rude when you question anything at all. On the wedding day staff showed up late so we were all waiting on them so we could decorate. They made the wrong appetizers claiming our choices did not taste good which is not OK and never asked for second choice just made whatever they wanted. Wont let you take home extra food in which you pay for so they can feed their staff all week. Overall a total joke would never recommend to anyone. more

Great Location 1/10/2009

We had our prom here one year, and it is so gorgeous. It is amazing that it has a garden and everything. It is really nice. I liked the location and it is just so breathtaking. It was worth it for sure. more

We read the local and national bridal magazines, reviewed websites, visited reception sites, interviewed vendors, and spent our weekends attending bridal shows. So what did we learn? That we could do it better! We truly believed that we could build a better facility, with better gardens, better food, better staff, and at better prices.
