I was very happy when Dr.Fernandez took care of my baby who was 12yrs old at the time and needed surgery, after it was all over she recovered like a 2 year old and had no problems, I'm very grateful that he was there for us. Pros: null Cons: null more

This was the worst customer experience I have ever had. I have had cats for several years now, and I have never had a flea problem, but days after I brought my cat to this clinic, there were fleas in my apartment and on both of my (indoor) cats. I contacted the clinic and explained the problem only to be told this was my own fault and if I wanted it taken care of I would have to give them even more money to resolve it. After speaking with the manager without resolution, I spoke with Dr. Fernandez himself. He was incredibly condescending and constantly interrupted me and told me I was wrong before I had even had a chance to discuss the situation with him. He told me since there was no way to prove my cat got fleas from his clinic, he was not responsible. He even hung up on me!
