Everything was very good with the following exceptions:\r 1. Was called and told car was ready. After arriving 20 minutes later, was told the car had not been washed. Waited about 20 more minutes to get my car.\r \r 2. The out side was nice and clean, but not the inside. However, floor mats were still wet, do I know they do something inside. \r more

I was a little disappointed at first that I had to make a second trip all the way from Mcdonough after taking a vacation day to have the warranty work performed. I really thought I would have been offered a tank of gas after making two trips due to part not actually being at the dealership as was told it was. Rose was very professional and apologized several times. I assured her that mistakes happen and it was just a miscommunication. I was not really upset only a bit disappointed in the lack of gas compensation. The service manager did offer to pick the car up from my job, but we are in a secured area and that was not possible. \r more

I've had my Touregs serviced there for four years (started at DH) and have always been very satisfied but this visit was truly outstanding. Rose was very professional, friendly and efficient. My Touareg was fully serviced and received washed and cleaned inside (even the dust was cleaned from the gloss black console). You have outdone yourselves this time. \r more

My experience was good. I used to bring my car in for service when the dealership was owned by Dwight Harrison. I was a bit hesitant to continue doing so when I realized that a lot of Mr. Harrison's service staff were no longer there, but I guess things have to change. This was my first service under the dealership's new management and so far so good. I hope you will keep up the genuine care and excellent customer service displayed by the former management. If so, I will keep coming back. \r more
