I've worked at STI less than a week. In that time, I've seen considerations given to Impound and out-of-state tow clients that most providers wouldn't bother with. Sadly, it seems you had a bad experience before you ever met the staff at STI. Good Luck to you, Pinge1. more

I was in an accident and my car needed to be towed. The police officer called a towing company after I had requested to call AAA and have it towed to the auto body shop to be repaired. I had no idea where the car was towed until the end of the next day. In the end, these shady hillbillys charged me $200 and so sweetly offered to have my car towed to the repair shop for an additional $70. Being an intelligent individual with an education level above the 2nd grade (unlike these fools) I had it towed by another service. Although I wasn't given a choice in having my car towed to this hell hole please take my advice, if you ever need a towing company stear clear of this place. I hope the police office enjoyed his cut of the $200 they stole from me. more

My husband was in an accident and I was dreading calling the towing company because of past experiences. I was so pleased to be greeted with compassion and kindness. They worked with me to get the issues resolved in a manner that would help us not make the situation worse. THANKS STI! more
