Sterling Limousine & Transportation Services

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! My wife and I had reserved their services for four hours. My wife was picked up from her house and the church was less than one mile away; our ceremony was a little more than an hour, then when the ceremony was completed, the driver tells us that he needs to depart about an hour before our contracted time because he had another appointment booked. THEN the driver didn't even open the door for the bridal party. We got to where our photos were being taken, he tells that we'll have to hurry up with the photos so he can drop us off to our hotel. He didn't even get out of the car to open the door for the bride. Fortunately, when we attempted to utilize the shuttle from our hotel, the hotel staff bad for us, so they arranged to come to our location in an hour and pick us up at no charge, which was fantastic. I then told this to the driver and that he could go. He said that was fine, THEN he had the nerve to expect a tip. Needless to say, he was told he could leave and that he would not be getting a tip (which was not put so nicely to him). I will NEVER recommend Sterling Limousine to anyone, ever. With service like that, I am surprised they are in business. STAY AWAY!!! more

I travel 3 to 4 times a month and recently switched to Sterling on a colleagues recommendation. I couldn't be happier. Drivers are always early, vehicles are always impeccable and it is soo easy to make reservations. i no longer worry about my car showing up @ 5am for my trip to the airport. Many thanks!! more

I hired sterling to take me and my wife out for her birthday. They went above any beyond what I expected. I asked them if the could load the limousine up with balloons so when the door oped for my wife pink and white balloons would come out to surprise her. When the door opened for her, the look on her face said it all! Sterling made her feel like the queen she is. Thank You. more

We started looking early from Prom vehicles. Sterling's vehicles weren't the cheapest out there but you do get what you pay for. We looked at several companies and I remember what the sales girl at Sterling told me, ask to see the vehicle BEFORE I signed any paperwork. I thought I found a great deal with another company and asked the owner if I could come by and see the vehicle. Once we arrived, I was shocked by the vehicle. It was dirty, smelled, and overall just looked bad. Now I know why it was so cheap! The next day, I went back to Sterling and booked their H2 Hummer. It was very professional looking inside with glass, soda, water and a few extras. Well worth the money. To you parents looking for a Prom vehicles....ask to see the vehicle BEFORE you give anyone a deposit. more

Used Sterling for a Girls Night on the Town and we had a FANTASTIC time. SO much easier to be driven around safely then trying to find our own way!!! We sat back and enjoyed with NO worries. The driver was awesome - definitely made us feel like VIP's. We'll be booking again for our next event!!! more

We looked around at many limousine companies, but none of them compared to Sterling Limousine. The drivers arrived early, they were all well dressed and the vehicles looked great. I couldn't have asked for more. We ordered the stretch Hummer & the Limo Yacht for the wedding along with their ""No Guest Left Behind"" shuttle service for our guests. Best service in the area. Would recommend them to anyone! more

If you would like to be sure your wedding starts on time, than I would stay clear of Sterling Limo. If you want your guests to be safe while being transported, again I would stay clear of Sterling Limo. On our wedding day, we hired Sterling to shuttle our guests from the hotel to the church. We were waiting for the shuttle to arrive so that we can begin the ceremony when my bridesmaids are receiving text messages from friends on the shuttle bus. Messages such as ?This bus driver is crazy,? and ?I?m actually scared for my life!? Then came ?She just went over the median on I-76,? and ?we just took out a gate and a stop sign!? We were, and still are, furious that our family and friends were put in danger. We had to post pone our wedding 45 minutes because of Sterling?s carelessness. My husband and I paid for the wedding 100% ourselves and we wanted to be able to enjoy every minute of it. We ended up missing an hour of our reception because of Sterling. When we got back from our honeymoon, we called Ron and he assured us he would look into it and take care of us. The next day we received a call from Ron stating that we never told them our wedding absolutely had to start on time, and was not going to refund our money for the shuttle. more

From start to finish Sterling was amazing!! Chrissy in the office was great - everything was very well organized. We made a lot of chnages on the day of the wedding and Sterlings chauffeurs wereon point and made the day perfect! We did a lot of due diligence before choosing Sterling. Their prices are competitive and the vehicles are second to none. We used 2 10-passenger's and mini buses for shuttling. Cant say enough about them!! Thanks so much!! more

I agree with many of the reviews that they are the WORST. I wished I had read this before I booked them and let them ruin our night out. They were late, rude, and I was overcharged. Whatever you do, DO NOT give them your credit card number. They feel it is their license to charge whatever. I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company and then the owner, Johhny, said he would just recharge it, so I cancelled the credit card. And I was going to use these people for my wedding? Thank God I found out ahead of time. more

When I booked our Limo through Sterling I was excited and not worried a bit because I was dealing with a established company. I was totally wrong. The Limo showed up dirty on the outside, in need of vaccuming on the instide and torn seats on EVERY seat! The glassware was dirty and the TV did not work. The woman driver was rude and when asked at the end of transportation if we went over our time we were told no. A week later we were hit an almost $200 charge! When we phoned the company they were rude and would not issue a refund! Horriable service! DO NOT BOOK THEM! Worse mistake of our wedding! more

took a stretch to Atlantic city last weekend through Sterling - haven't been in a limo i probably 7+ years. The was just awesome. we all had a fantastic time! Tim was great - kept us entertained the entire trip, we actually wanted to drive around a little bit before going into the casino b.c we were having such a great time. to bad the other people that reviewed sterling weren't able to have the experience we did. we will be using Sterling again for an upcoming event in March! THANKS STERLING!! Pros: clean car - excellent driver Cons: was a little higher in price then others - but WELL WORTH IT! more

Sterling was not waiting at the correct airport terminal when I arranged for them to pick up a friend, so she took a cab instead. A week later, my debit card was charged $120 for transportation, even though the company never provided any service. more

after read the review above, i will admit i was a bit nervous, but Sterling came through. They provided fantastic service, like none i have ever recieved. i have used limos in the past, and Sterling certainly stands out as of the the best. from the time of booking, to the vehicle, to the drive to the follow up call the ensure everything was ok. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Pros: GREAT CAR - GREAT PEOPLE! more

We were contracted for a Hummer Limo for our wedding day. A Navigator Limo arrived with no explanations. The brides brother and sister-in-law had to drive themselves due to the lack of room. When asked for some money back the owner was rude and quick and would not give money back. We wanted the $300 difference in the limos, but he resisted. If you deal with this company be ready to go to court. BEWARE!! more
