I called the place for a TV repair that was covered under manufactures warranty, item was purchased from an authorized dealer, I had a valid receipt. LG called Dave while I was on hold and told him to have them call me back (while I was still on hold). After waiting on the line for 15 minutes, I called back LG they gave me a reference number for the repair. I then called Sterling Electronics Inc in Lincoln Park and Dave was short with me saying he wouldn't do the repair. LG and Sterling Electronics manipulated my situation to work in their favor. I feel terrible after being put through this ordeal, especially since I was looking forward to doing business with the company. I hope that Dave reconsiders his business ethics. It is important for employees (Dave) to be humble and think back to the days when they valued customer satisfaction. I wish you all the best Dave, and hope think twice before trying to pull a fast one on the next guy that steps in your door.
