I took my truck there last winter after a collision. My insurance "allstate" wrote the check straight to the company instead of me. Steel Valley Auto said it would take 2 weeks to fix. Ended up taking 3 months. Since they already had the money they took their time. Costing me an extra $1030.00 for rental car charges, because my insurance only pays for 30 days for a rental car. Steel Valley wouldn't give me a detail of everything that was fixed. I had to go to my insurance afterward. I then realized they charged my insurance company for extra parts they didn't replace. Including a radiator , headlight. Steel Valley Auto is NOT A TRUSTING COMPANY !!!!!!!! I still had to take my truck to Get a front end alignment after they they fixed it.
