Steak

This is our 2nd visit to Steak. I'd received an email about a free wine tasting on Saturdays so we thought we'd have lunch and check it out. The food and service was spectacular again. The tasting was a lot of fun and what a variety. We will definitely be back! more

New to LV I googled and got citysearch for a steak or local restaurant. I noticed a place called Steak close by and visited on a Saturday afternoon....what an experience. They were doing a wine tasting in the wine side of the restaurant then we were told that you could purchase wine in the store and for a small up charge you could drink in the restaurant. The wines selections was off the wall....great, hard to find producers. Yea had dinner and it was great! We try to go back every saturday. On a recent trip to Las Vegas while gaming at Green Valley, I asked around for an affordable, good steak and seafood restaurant, a local resident, suggested that I try Steak ..... I was so glad I did, they made me comfortable right away, I usually avoid dining alone, but with the staff attention I felt far from alone. I ordered the crab cakes and they were served promptly with a chilled glass of chardonnay that was reccomended by my waitress, followed by the delicious greek salad with lovely tomatoes, olives and feta cheese, delicious! The main dish, a tasty medium rare boneless rib eye absolutely melted in my mouth, it was so tender! It was served with garlic mashed potato and green beans just slightly crisp. I topped off my wonderful evening with a simple apple pie ala mode, the sauce was warm and the vanilla ice cream cold, EXCELLENT! Pros: Helpful and friendly staff more

I've never been to Steak but my husband has and he really enjoyed it. He said the food was really good and the atmosphere was very relaxing and comfortable. more

I usually dine at locations on the strip but STEAK is down the street from my house so I go there on a regular basis. Every time I go there the experience is wonderful! Excellent service, melt in your mouth food and an awesome and very reasonably priced wine selection. I had my company holiday party there last year and my staff is still RAVING about wha a great time they had! Pros: The view, food, service, pricing on wine and the wine shop. Cons: None more

I have eaten at Steak 5 times and it is one of the best experiences I have had off the strip! Great Steaks and Lamb! I have also had the best scallop potato and rosti potatoes I have had ever! Great wine selections that are priced right! For wine geeks you can also find very cool stuff! more
